Salman joined TOP Venture in 2014 and oversees all operations. He has been an entrepreneur and venture capitalist for more than two decades, co-founding ZEM—a maritime battery pioneer that was acquired by Volvo. Prior to ZEM, Salman worked at Index Ventures, focusing on cleantech investments. He began his post-MBA career in investment banking at Barclays before transitioning to a venture capital role at SCP Partners. Salman holds a BA in Computer Science from Harvard and an MBA from Chicago Booth.
