Laura joined TOP Venture in 2026 as Head of Investor Relations and is based in London. She leads the development of TOP's global investor partnerships, capital formation, and LP community engagement.

Laura brings more than 18 years of experience in private markets, including more than a decade raising capital for venture capital funds as well as early-stage and pre-IPO companies across the US, GCC, Asia and Europe. Prior to TOP, she was Head of Investor Relations at Northgate Capital, a San Francisco-based VC fund-of-funds where Laura spent the last 9 years. Earlier in her career, she held roles at TCP Corporate Advisory, the Royal Bank of Scotland, Deloitte and the US Agency for International Development.

Laura holds an MA in EU and Development Studies from Leeds, and an MBA from Kansas State University, where she also completed her BA in French.
