Henry joined TOP Venture in 2026 as a partner based in New York. Henry has worked with leading venture capital firms as an investor, founder, and executive across consumer and B2B businesses. 

Henry began his venture career as an investor at Index Ventures back in 2014 and then went on to join Index-backed Glossier as President, COO and CFO. He helped take Glossier from a pre-launch startup to a global leader valued at over $1B. Henry subsequently co-founded Chord Commerce, a data infrastructure company, and served as CEO of Sakara Life, before returning to venture capital as an early-stage investor. He has been an active angel investor for over a decade, including through Index’s Magnetic Fund. Henry started his career in investment banking at Citi. He holds a BA in Modern History from Oxford and an MBA from Stanford.
